- 16 whole juniper berries
- 1 teaspoon dried Cascade hops
- 1 teaspoon mushroom powder
- 4 teaspoons dried chives
- 2 teaspoons horseradish powder (wasabi)
- 2 teaspoons caraway powder
- 8 teaspoons dried marjoram
- 2 teaspoons white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- Grind first 8 ingredients to a fine powder in a high speed coffee mill, then
add the dill weed.
- Pour into a container, then tightly seal.
