German Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 16 whole juniper berries
  • 1 teaspoon dried Cascade hops
  • 1 teaspoon mushroom powder
  • 4 teaspoons dried chives
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish powder (wasabi)
  • 2 teaspoons caraway powder
  • 8 teaspoons dried marjoram
  • 2 teaspoons white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed

Instructions

  1. Grind first 8 ingredients to a fine powder in a high speed coffee mill, then add the dill weed.
  2. Pour into a container, then tightly seal.
