Herb Seasoned Flour

Keep a jar of flour well-seasoned with herbs and spices to add to gravies and sauces, biscuits or pizza crusts, or to dust foods before frying.


  • 1 to 2 teaspoons mixed dried herbs and spices
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste


  1. Mix and keep in a tightly sealed container.
