Lemon Extract

Ingredients

• 1 lemon
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/2 cup vodka
  

Instructions

1. Thinly peel lemon with a vegetable peeler. Be sure you do not include any of the white part.
2. Dice the peel and combine with vodka and water.
3. Put Lemon Extract into a clean glass jar and set aside to steep for at least 3 days.
4. Store it anywhere, and it will keep for up to one year.
