Mexican Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 1 cup instant minced onion
  • 2/3 cup instant beef flavor bouillon
  • 1/3 cup chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 4 teaspoons crushed red pepper
  • 4 teaspoons oregano
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients in a tightly covered jar until well mixed.
  2. Store in a cool, dry place.

Makes about 3 cups.

Use within 4 months.
