Mexican Seasoning
Yield: about 3 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup instant minced onion
- 2/3 cup instant beef flavor bouillon
- 1/3 cup chili powder
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 4 teaspoons crushed red pepper
- 4 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients in a tightly covered jar until well mixed.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Use within 4 months.
