Mild Curry Powder
Yield: 1/4 cup
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- Pulverize to a fine powder.
- Store airtight.
