Creamed Beets
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 12 small cooked or canned beets
Instructions
- Heat vinegar, butter, salt, pepper and water almost to the boiling point.
- Add sour cream and beets. Heat slowly until beets are hot.
- Serve immediately.
