Cashew Butter

This is terrific on biscuits.

Yield: 2 cups


  • 2 cups cashews
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. With metal blade in food processor add cashews to beaker of processor. Process turning on and off rapidly, until cashews are finely ground.
  2. Add butter and salt; process until smooth. Taste and add more salt, if desired; process.
