Cashew Butter
This is terrific on biscuits.
Yield: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups cashews
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- With metal blade in food processor add cashews to beaker of processor. Process turning on and off rapidly, until cashews are finely ground.
- Add butter and salt; process until smooth. Taste and add more salt, if desired; process.
