Hazelnut Butter



  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter ( or margarine), soft
  • 1 teaspoon honey


  1. Stir all ingredients.
  2. Cover and chill if not using right away.
  3. Bring to room temperature and toss with steamed vegetables.
