Jalapeño Pepper Butter

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 jalapeño peppers, finely minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin


  1. Beat butter with electric mixer until light.
  2. Beat in jalapeño peppers, then the cumin.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
