Lemon Dill Butter


  • 2 cups unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • Grated peel of 2 lemons

  1. Slowly melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat ( DO NOT STIR).
  2. Skim off white foam.
  3. Pour clarified butter into a medium size bowl, leaving sediment to the bottom of pan.
  4. Stir in Dill and lemon peel.
  5. Keep warm until ready to serve.

Great for lobster and fish.
