Dill Pickle Dip

Dill Pickle Dip recipe

Yield: approximately 3 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 packages dried beef, chopped
  • 3/4 cup chopped dill pickles* (not pickle relish)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 to 6 dashes Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Soften cream cheese. Mix sour cream and cream cheese together using an electric mixer.
  2. Add other ingredients and stir in by hand.
  3. Chill.
  4. Serve with assorted crackers and small pretzels.

Notes

* We prefer Claussen dill pickles for this recipe.
