Apple Syrup



  • 3 cups apple juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch or arrowroot
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom or cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar (optional)


  1. Boil together until thickened, stirring often.
