Coconut Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light Karo syrup
  • 1 cup cream or half-and-half
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract

Instructions

  1. Boil sugar and Karo syrup together until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, and add cream and extract.
  2. Store in the refrigerator.
