Coconut Syrup
Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light Karo syrup
- 1 cup cream or Half-and-Half
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
Instructions
- Boil sugar and Karo syrup together until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, and add cream and extract.
- Store in the refrigerator.
