Fruity Pancake Syrup


  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup raspberry, apricot or strawberry preserves or orange marmalade


  1. Melt butter in a heavy saucepan.
  2. Stir in honey and preserves or marmalade. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
  3. Serve hot over pancakes.
