Fruity Pancake Syrup
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup raspberry, apricot or strawberry preserves or orange marmalade
- Melt butter in a heavy saucepan.
- Stir in honey and preserves or marmalade. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
- Serve hot over pancakes.
