Dark Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 pound soft tofu
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup carob powder
  • 6 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until creamy.
  2. Pour the mousse into six individual dessert bowls and chill.
