The most complicated recipe most likely will not produce a better fudge than this!
Yield: 24 pieces
* You will need 1 1/2 (12 ounce) packages chocolate chips as each package contains 2 cups. This fudge will also turn out great if you use only 2 cups or one package chocolate chips.
To keep parchment paper from slipping around the pan, brush some shortening or butter into the pan first.
Because there are only two ingredients in this easy chocolate fudge recipe, use high quality chocolate.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 1 to 2 weeks or in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 weeks.
To freeze fudge, wrap it tightly in wax paper, again in aluminum foil, and place it in a freezer bag. Freeze for a couple of months.
