Thai Bananas in Coconut Milk
Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
- 3 large bananas, sliced
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Over medium heat, simmer coconut milk, bananas, brown sugar, vanilla extract
and salt for 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
Yield: 4 servings
