Thai Bananas in Coconut Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
  • 3 large bananas, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Over medium heat, simmer coconut milk, bananas, brown sugar, vanilla extract and salt for 10 minutes.
  2. Serve immediately.

Yield: 4 servings
