Instructions

  1. Combine honeydew and watermelon in a shallow casserole dish.
  2. Combine lime juice, brown sugar, cilantro, lime peel and salt. Pour over fruit.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Slice bananas; toss with fruit mixture.
  5. Serve fruit topped with peanuts, if desired.
