Taco Tartlets
Ingredients
Tartlets
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons ice water
- Shredded cheese
Filling
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons taco sauce
- 2 ounces chopped olives
- 3/4 cup crushed tortilla chips
Instructions
- Mix ground beef, taco seasoning and ice water with hands until well blended. Press into bottom and sides of small greased muffin tins.
- Mix ingredients for filling and place a spoonful in each shell. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 7 to 8 minutes at 425 degrees F.
- Serve warm.
