Taco Tartlets

Ingredients

Tartlets

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons ice water
  • Shredded cheese

Filling

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons taco sauce
  • 2 ounces chopped olives
  • 3/4 cup crushed tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, taco seasoning and ice water with hands until well blended. Press into bottom and sides of small greased muffin tins.
  2. Mix ingredients for filling and place a spoonful in each shell. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  3. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes at 425 degrees F.
  4. Serve warm.
