South of the Border Shredded Beef

Use South of the Border Shredded Beef for pulled beef sandwiches, enchiladas, burritos or tacos.

South of the Border Shredded Beef recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 pound) boneless beef chuck roast
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Place the beef in the slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, combine salsa, tomato paste and taco seasoning and spread on the beef.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
  4. Using a fork, shred the beef.
