South of the Border Shredded Beef
Use South of the Border Shredded Beef for pulled beef sandwiches, enchiladas, burritos or tacos.
Ingredients
- 1 (3 pound) boneless beef chuck roast
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
Instructions
- Place the beef in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, combine salsa, tomato paste and taco seasoning and spread on the beef.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
- Using a fork, shred the beef.
