- Flour tortillas
- Leftover chicken or turkey, cut up
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 scallion, sliced thin
- Dash of garlic powder
- Dash of pepper
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Mix chicken or turkey, undiluted soup, scallion and spices.
- Roll up burrito-style in a flour tortilla.
- Lay burritos on a paper towel on a plate and microwave on high for about 2 minutes.
