Avocado Crema

Fresh avocados, Greek yogurt and lime juice come together to create this easy-to-make and delicious avocado crema. Use it as the perfect dipping sauce or salad dressing for a quick and smooth boost of nutrition.

Avocado Crema recipe

Yield: 4 servings; 3 1/2 tablespoons each


  • 1 ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and mashed
  • 2 tablespoons plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  1. Combine avocados, yogurt, lime and salt in a medium bowl until smooth; cover and refrigerate.
