Crispy Dogs
Kids just love these Crispy Dogs!
Ingredients
- All-beef hot dogs
- Oaxaca cheese, sliced into sticks to fit inside hot dogs
- Corn tortillas
Instructions
- Cut a slit down the length of each hot dog, then fill with one or two cheese
sticks.
- Wrap each hot dog in a warm corn tortilla.
- Fry in vegetable oil, then drain well on paper towels. It helps to set
them in the hot oil seam side down first. Or you can secure with a wooden pick.
- Dip Crispy Dogs into your favorite dip.
