Crispy Dogs

Kids just love these Crispy Dogs!

Ingredients

  • All-beef hot dogs
  • Oaxaca cheese, sliced into sticks to fit inside hot dogs
  • Corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Cut a slit down the length of each hot dog, then fill with one or two cheese sticks.
  2. Wrap each hot dog in a warm corn tortilla.
  3. Fry in vegetable oil, then drain well on paper towels. It helps to set them in the hot oil seam side down first. Or you can secure with a wooden pick.
  4. Dip Crispy Dogs into your favorite dip.
