To be honest, I don't even know if they eat burritos in India! But, I set out a large platter of flour and whole grain tortillas Saturday, along with the following selection of fillings, sauces and various condiments, allowing family and guests to build their own burritos. WE really liked them, whether they were "authentic" or not! In fact, a rather dubious guest, who previous to trying these Indian Burritos, thought she didn't LIKE Indian food, described them as having EPIC flavor and acknowledged that maybe she DID like Indian food after all!
